FREE 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

To ensure that you feel confident in the information that we are providing, AM Inspection Services, LLC warranties each home inspection we perform! Our 90-Day Buyer's Limited Warranty is effective from the date of the home's inspection for 90 days.  If closing should occur outside of the covered 90-day period the warranty will extend to 21 days following closing.
